Evino is a Slovenian wine distributor serving both trade buyers (B2B) and end consumers (B2C) — two audiences with fundamentally different pricing, ordering logic, and purchasing workflows, historically running on separate systems.
The challenge was to unify both channels on a single e-commerce platform without disrupting either customer base — a technically complex migration that needed commercial discipline and clear architecture from day one.
